Fans of the boxing genre have been clamoring for the revival of EA’s long-dormant Fight Night series ever since the last game in the series, Fight Night: Champions, which was released back in 2011 on the Xbox 360 and PS3. Enter Survios, a studio known for it’s VR games, including their previous foray into the squared circle with Creed: Rise to Glory, is back and ready for the TKO with Big Rumble Boxing. Currently slated for a September 3, 2021 release, Big Rumble Boxing is arcade boxing game set in the Creed movie universe that will feature “new stories” in the Rocky/Adonis ethos by putting players in the gloves of Adonis Creed, Rocky Balboa, Apollo Creed, Ivan and Viktor Drago, Clubber Lang and others, as well as a local competitive multiplayer suite to pulverize your friends into a pulp!
Will Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions be able to go the distance with the eye of the tiger, or will it whimper on like one of the Paul brothers, destined for mockery for punching above their weight class?
